A Few Things to Know
Same-month booking
All 4 blow-dries in a package must be booked for the same calendar month. Included appointments must take place within that same calendar month.
Visit allowance
Each package includes 4 blow-dries per month with our specialist blow-dry stylists.
Unused visits
Unused visits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over or have a cash value.
Named client only
Packages are personal to the named client and non-transferable.
Booking and availability
Advance booking is required and subject to salon availability.
Cancellation and no-shows
Our standard salon cancellation and no-show policy applies to package appointments, including the notice periods set out in our Terms & Conditions. Package-specific visit restoration after a cancellation is confirmed by reception and is not claimed by this website.
Long hair and extensions
Long hair and extensions incur an extra charge of £10-£15 per appointment.
